I am an independent visual journalist currently based in Redlands, California. I specialize in documentary photography, video, and editing. I'm available for work throughout Southern California and beyond.

People go through different trials and triumphs. I believe each person is a living story that helps connect and transform this beautifully diverse world. My life has been enriched by the people I've met and it's my privilege to share some of those stories with you.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Photojournalism. My work has appeared in The Dubois County Herald, The Flint Journal, The News and Observer, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Chronicle, Upworthy, Grantland, and others. I attended the Eddie Adams Workshop XXIX and my work has been recognized by the Hearst Journalism Awards, North Carolina Press Photographers Association, Michigan Press Photographers Association, and College Photographer of the Year.
